DELIVERY & CUSTOMS FEES

Shipping costs are calculated based on the products in your order, the shipping service and the delivery country you choose.

For residents outside the European Union, customs fees related to the shipping of the order are your responsibility. We indicate the possible shipping times and formulas for the products purchased and the chosen delivery country.

Delivery times are indicative and calculated excluding order preparation time. Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 working hours, following their confirmation. This preparation time may increase slightly during promotional offer periods or in August. The delivery of your package may be delayed due to administrative issues related to customs clearance.

Delivery to mainland France and Corsica
- Standard home delivery via Chronopost: delivery of selected items within 2 to 3 working days after your package is handed over to the carrier in mainland France and within 6 working days for Corsica.
- Express home delivery via Chronopost: delivery of selected items between 1 and 2 working days after your package is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery in Europe Zone
- Standard home delivery via Chronopost: delivery of selected items within 3 to 5 working days after your package has been handed over to the carrier. This delivery method is not available outside the European Union.

- Express home delivery via Chronopost: delivery of selected items between 1 and 3 working days after your package is handed over to the carrier.

Delivery to International Zone and DOM-TOM:
- Express home delivery via Chronopost: delivery of selected items between 2 and 7 working days after your package is handed over to the carrier

CUSTOMS FEES

For all deliveries outside mainland France, customs fees may be applied by the carrier. These fees are random and specific to each territory.

United Kingdom :

Due to Brexit all UK orders over £135/€150 are now subject to all taxes and customs fees of the destination country. These fees and formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.

You are responsible for paying all government taxes, administrative fees and customs duties charged by a carrier when you use the Website or make a purchase.

In the event that the recipient refuses the package due to additional customs fees charged to the recipient upon receipt, BOMBELLI. reserves the right to charge the amount of these customs duties initially owed by the customer up to €25 (£25).
